A fortnight away and counting
Aug. 28th, 2011 09:33 amIt's interesting seeing how the teams are limbering up with the Rugby World Cup just around the corner.
What's happened to Ireland? Can't believe these are the same boys who stuffed us at the Palindrome at the end of the Six Nations and inspired Leinster to the comeback of all comebacks in the Heineken Cup. Looking tired and off the pace, boys.
Interesting to see New Zealand going into the tournament not on the back of a string of victories.
Nice to see England beginning to find their feet again. Some solid stuff (and one or two touches of brilliance) from the three old warhorses who, oh yes, just happen to have already been on a RWC winning side. Three more who were on the team who made the final last time, so good mix of experience and youthful flair. I hope.
