Lent thoughts 21
Mar. 15th, 2012 10:15 amLast time I mentioned being aware of God's voice (I can hear you sniggering, so stop it!) There have been times in life (like the Archie incident) when I've been aware of something coming into my head which is so left field that I'm convinced it couldn't have originated in my thoughts. Challenges my preconceptions, shows me a new insight, or nags me.
I find God does seem to nag and I'll give you a 'for instance'. A few years back I felt just a bit out of sorts/disatisfied/thinking I was missing something. All the time I came across things about daring to spread one's wings - in sermons, in books, in music, everywhere! To cut a long story short, as I became involved more online and then took the plunge into published writing, those feelings - and those nagging messages - went.
