I do think he will. In my experience, Archie always gets what he wants. If he gives in to Horatio's wishes, then of course nothing would happen. But in this scene he seemed fairly persistent. And I think Horatio is insecure enough that he would give in eventually. He certainly indulged in his parents-in-law's house in other incarnations. :)
