#I think he looks supremely uneasy with the whole thing.# I think you're so right. Compare the 2005 shoot to his entering the ice bath (and being partly unclothed) - he's clearly very comfortable with that.
#Poor lamb - like some side of meat in a butcher's shop.# Oh I know ... that's the one part that makes me feel a little bit sad when I see it. One can tell he's not particularly enjoying it - and in the shot they ended up using for the calendar, he looks so vacant and sad.
