Yes, pitching things for 4-11 year olds is never easy. We're lucky in that the vicar local to the school (who's also one of my governors) is that rare thing, a priest who can really communicate with children and who 'gets' life in all its complexities. Interestingly enough, parents' reactions are often along the lines of making sure that - if two children are involved in an incident - they both get dealt with in the same way.
