I remember hearing about writing: show, don’t tell and that’s really what this does That's so true. That's why i like O'Brian because he uses so many subtle ways to tell you things. And thanks for all the compliments on the writing - and on Calavarna's behalf, too - I think this episode worked particularly well.
This is terrible, Jack is rubbing off on me. *disciplines self for becoming a tart* You can admire all the seets on the menu as long as you only order one from the waiter!
What a lovely image to imagine. It reminds me vaguely of something in pc when pullings was so happy I'm sure I had that at the back of my mind. It was a nice image - i could see it so clearly.
though it might make them more tempestuous at times too. Very perceptive, missy. That's on the horizon.
