1. What is one of the most embarrassing things that has ever happened to you?
Elastic went in my knickers while I was descending the stairs in a busy hospital.
2. What is one guilty pleasure that you indulge in?
Rugby. No guilt, though, not even on a six match weekend.
3. What was your favourite show as a child?
So many…’Thank your lucky stars’, maybe, or ‘The Monkees’ or ‘The Man from UNCLE’.
4. How much time a day do you spend on Facebook?
I only go on it to answer messages.
5. How old were you when you fell in love for the first time?
My mum said it was when I was two. Brian Matthew.
6. Do you collect anything?
Shells and fossils I find on the beach.
7. What is your favourite song?
All time: Surfs Up. Presently: The End of the World.
8. Have you ever written a sappy love poem?
I think I have, about cricket.
9. How different is your adult life from what you imagined it to be at 16?
I didn’t ever imagine it.
10. If you could stay any age for the rest of your life, what would it be?
