Little reasons to be cheerful

I spent all day yesterday on the Isle of Wight training school governors. As we whizzed over the Solent, I sat in a big comfy chair right by the window, looking at the sun on the water and thinking "I'm being paid for this". And then one of the governors I had to train turned out to be the widow of Reginald Marsh, who was one of those unforgettable character actors who made/make British comedy what it is. *happy sighs*

Some days are just good ones like that and it is important to cherish them I think
I had a couple the opposite this week and one has to have something to look back on - or look forward in the light of :)
